Terms of Use

1. What First Down Intel is
First Down Intel is a football research and market-context service. It is an information service only. It is not a sportsbook, exchange, broker, or operator; it does not accept, hold, process, or route money tied to game outcomes; and it is never a counterparty to anything you do elsewhere. Any activity you undertake with a licensed operator is solely between you and that operator.
2. What the service shows today
The service currently presents market context — consensus totals and moneyline prices, line movement, book coverage, key-number proximity — together with risk and context flags and the provenance of the data behind them.
Where eligible governed reads are available, the service may also present selected model views, including a projected game total, a moneyline win probability, an Intel Score, and a Moneyline Lean when its policy qualifies. A Moneyline Lean is directional model context, not an FDI Position or an instruction. An Intel Score describes how a read was built; it is not a win, cover, or hit probability and is not an expected return. Model views can be absent for a game, and nothing is estimated in their place.
Nothing in the product should be read as a recommendation, as advice, or as an instruction to act.
3. No guarantee of outcomes
Sports results are uncertain and no analysis removes that uncertainty. Nothing First Down Intel publishes is a promise, prediction of fact, or assurance of any result or financial return. Past behaviour of any measurement, signal, or analysis does not establish future behaviour. Risking money on sporting events can lose money; never risk more than you can afford to lose.
4. Age and jurisdiction
You must be of the legal age for real-money gaming where you are located — 18 or 21 or older depending on the jurisdiction — and physically present somewhere that permits the activity you intend. You are responsible for knowing and following the rules that apply to you. First Down Intel does not verify your age, your location, or the legality of your activity on your behalf.
5. No non-public information
All analysis is derived from publicly available data. First Down Intel has no access to non-public information about games, players, lineups, injuries, officiating, or any other matter, and claims no advantage from any such source.
6. Independence and no affiliation
First Down Intel is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, any club, player, broadcaster, licensed operator, or data provider. Team and player names are used only as facts in analysis.
7. Intellectual property and redistribution
The methodology, derived measurements, interface, and written material are the property of First Down Intel. Your membership is a personal, non-transferable right to use the service. Reproducing, scraping, republishing, reselling, or redistributing material from the service, or sharing account access, is not permitted.
8. Membership and billing
Membership is a monthly subscription: Founder at $29 per month and Standard at $49 per month. A monthly subscription renews each month until you cancel it. Payment is handled by Stripe; First Down Intel never receives or stores your card number.
Your account can open a billing portal session with the payment processor where a membership was bought through it. The controls that portal offers are determined by the processor's configuration rather than by these terms. Once a cancellation has actually taken effect, the subscription does not renew again, and access follows the state of that subscription. Current billing mechanics are described on the cancellation and refunds page.
9. Founder membership
Founder membership is limited to the first 55 paid First Down Intel Founder members, at $29 per month.
The Founder rate applies to First Down Intel only. It is a price for this membership, not a price across the wider INTEL product family. It does not automatically include any other current or future product, sport, application, premium module, add-on, bundle, or separately priced service. We may choose to extend further access to Founder members at some point; nothing beyond First Down Intel is promised today, and nothing here should be read as a commitment to provide it.
The $29 per month Founder rate continues for as long as that Founder membership remains continuously active. If the membership is actually cancelled or terminated, the Founder rate ends with it. Anyone who later rejoins does so at the then-current First Down Intel price, which may be higher. A failed payment does not by itself end Founder status — the ordinary subscription and payment-state rules above apply until the membership actually terminates.
Founder membership and Founder status are personal and non-transferable. They cannot be sold, assigned, gifted, or moved to another account.
10. Your responsibility
Any decision you make after reading anything here is solely your own. You accept full responsibility for your decisions and their consequences. First Down Intel is not liable for losses arising from your use of the information it publishes.
11. Acceptable use and termination
Do not use the service to break the law, to circumvent access controls, to automate bulk collection of its content, or to resell what it publishes. Access may be suspended or ended for conduct of that kind.
12. Changes
These terms may change as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
