General Disclaimer

Effective 15 September 2026

First Down Intel is an information service. It does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice, and nothing it publishes is a recommendation to act.

1. Informational only

Everything the service publishes is research and context. It is not advice, not a recommendation, and not an instruction. What you do with it is your decision alone.

2. What is actually shown

Today the service shows the market's own state — consensus totals and moneyline prices, movement between captures, book coverage, key-number proximity — plus risk and context flags and the provenance of the underlying data.

Where eligible governed reads are available, selected model views may also appear, including a projected game total, a moneyline win probability, an Intel Score, and a Moneyline Lean when its policy qualifies. A Moneyline Lean is directional model context, not an FDI Position or an instruction. An Intel Score describes how a read was built; it is not a win, cover, or hit probability and is not an expected return. Model views may be absent for a game, and nothing is estimated in their place.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

Sports results are uncertain. No measurement, signal, or analysis published here guarantees any result or any financial return, and past behaviour does not establish future behaviour. Risking money on sporting events can lose money.

4. No money tied to game outcomes

First Down Intel does not accept, hold, process, or route money tied to game outcomes. It does not operate a sportsbook or an exchange and is not a counterparty to anything you do. Any such activity is solely between you and a licensed operator of your choosing.

5. Age and jurisdiction

You must be of the legal age for real-money gaming where you are located and physically present somewhere that permits the activity you intend. Compliance is your responsibility; the service does not verify it for you.

6. No non-public information

All analysis derives from publicly available data. First Down Intel has no access to non-public information and claims no advantage from any such source.

7. Independence

First Down Intel is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, any club, player, broadcaster, licensed operator, or data provider.

8. Data quality and availability

Market data is captured at points in time and is shown with the instant it was captured. It can be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable, and a game may show no market at all. When the service cannot establish something it says so rather than filling the gap.

9. Your responsibility

Any decision you make is solely your own, and you accept full responsibility for it and its consequences. Never risk more than you can afford to lose.

10. Getting help

If the activity has stopped being enjoyable or is affecting your life, help is available and it is free. See playing responsibly.
