Cancellation & Refunds

Membership is a monthly subscription — Founder at $29 per month, Standard at $49 per month. It renews each month until you cancel it. There is no one-time pass and no annual plan. Any free trial would be stated at the point of purchase; none is offered by default.

Open your account. Where a membership was bought through the payment processor and that processor is configured, the account page opens a billing portal session with Stripe.

Which controls that portal presents — including whether a subscription can be cancelled from it, the steps involved, whether a cancellation takes effect immediately or at the end of the paid period, and how any partial period is treated — is determined by the payment processor's configuration, not by this page. This page therefore describes none of them. Open the portal to see the options and terms that actually apply to your subscription.

First Down Intel does not impose a cancellation fee of its own. If you cannot reach the portal, or it does not offer what you need, contact us using the billing address below.

Access follows the state of your subscription with the payment processor. While that subscription is active or in a trial period, your membership is active. When it is no longer in either state — after cancellation takes effect, after expiry, or after a failed payment — access ends with it.

Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not delete your account, and your email address and billing history remain subject to the privacy policy.

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

What that means in practice: stopping a subscription prevents the next charge, it does not return charges already made. Because of that, the part above matters — once a cancellation has actually taken effect, the subscription does not renew again.

Nothing on this page limits a right you have under the law where you live. If applicable law entitles you to a refund, that law applies regardless of what is written here.

If you are charged unexpectedly, or a payment fails and you think it should not have, contact us at support@firstdownintel.com before opening a dispute with your bank — it is faster, and we can see the subscription record. The same address covers general, account and subscription questions.

The prices above are the prices displayed today. If they change, existing members will be told before a changed amount is charged.

Founder membership is limited to the first 55 paid First Down Intel Founder members, at $29 per month. That rate applies to First Down Intel only — it does not automatically include any other current or future product, sport, application, premium module, add-on, bundle, or separately priced service. It continues for as long as that Founder membership remains continuously active; if the membership is actually cancelled or terminated, the Founder rate ends with it, and anyone who later rejoins does so at the then-current First Down Intel price.
